| Please visit us at the Winery and experience our Estate first hand...
Rudd Winery is open for visits, by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We recently instituted significant changes to our hospitality program.
All tours and tastings at Rudd Winery are now private, meaning we do not combine unrelated groups into a single tasting. This will ensure that your group receives the undivided attention of one of our experienced Wine Educators for the duration of your visit.
At the time you make your reservation, a member of the hospitality staff will discuss your specific interests and plan your itinerary accordingly. Most visits begin with a comprehensive tour of the estate, including gardens, vineyard, production and caves. This followed by a seated tasting of our current release wines. If you’d like to spend more time exploring viticulture or enology, please let us know. Interested in discussing food and wine pairing? No problem. This is, after all, your visit and we’ll do our utmost to make it memorable. The cost for a private tasting starts at $50 per guest. We can accommodate groups of up to six and, depending on the program, you should plan to spend about 1- ½ hours with us.
For guests who have visited in the past, or are familiar with our winery and style, we offer a limited number of focused tasting appointments per week, usually on Fridays and Saturdays. They provide a chance to taste the current releases in a seated, hosted environment. We can accommodate up to six guests per tasting. Please allow one hour for your visit. The cost for the focused tasting is $35 per guest.
To schedule a visit to the property, please complete the “Request an Appointment” form. We will respond as soon as possible with availability and options for the date(s) you request. As a small facility, we tend to book up quickly, so we suggest making your reservation early, especially during the busy summer and fall season.
Please note: All appointments must be confirmed prior to your visit. Your credit card will be charged at the time you make your reservation – we have a 72 hour cancellation policy for any refunds, so please contact us if your plans change so we may reschedule your appointment. Also, we cannot allow anyone under 21 to visit the winery, including infants and children. Pets are not permitted. |
