A Big Bold Traditional Napa Valley Style Cabernet

This wine clearly belongs to the Oakville appellation’s heritage of famous big Cabernets. Like our Rudd Oakville Estate Red this wine is made from 100 percent estate grown fruit. This complex wine gets its name from the vineyard’s location at the crossroads of Oakville Crossroad and the Silverado Trail. The densely concentrated 2007 Crossroads Cabernet Sauvignon is our fourth vintage and has tremendous tannin structure and wonderful aromas of black currant, blackberry, and blueberry. The palate offers flavors of dried herbs and sweet cassis with a toasty oak finish that balances the natural minerality in the wine.
